Registration Costs

To participate in INDUSCON 2025 and publish your paper(s), registration of at least one of the authors is required. This registration grants access to all technical sessions and plenary events.

The INDUSCON 2025 will be held in a hybrid format, allowing both virtual and in-person participation with the same registration fee.

Additional Paper Submissions

The conference is sponsored by the IEEE, the Brazil South Section of IEEE, and the South Section Chapter of the Industry Applications Society (IAS). Registration is mandatory for authors, as it grants access to technical sessions and plenary talks. Several registration types will be available, with details coming soon.
Important: Only Professional Registration grants paper publication. Students may register for event participation but are not eligible for publication. Payment methods will include PIX, Brazilian “Notas de Empenho”, and other options.
Upon payment, authors must save the Payment Confirmation as a PDF and reply to the Registration Submission e-mail, attaching the receipt to complete the process. All accepted papers must be registered to be included in the proceedings.

Presentation Format

INDUSCON 2025 will be hybrid, allowing both virtual and in-person presentations. Authors selecting virtual presentations must upload two videos:
  • Full version (10–15 min) – accessible before and after the conference.
  • Short version (3 min max) – compiled into thematic sessions for live discussion.
Further details on presentation templates, video formats, and upload instructions will be available on the event website soon.

Publication

All approved and presented papers (in English, Portuguese, or Spanish) will be submitted for publication in IEEE Xplore.

Registration

Important: The “Student” type of registration allows access to the event, but DOES NOT grant paper publication.
Make the Registration by paying the corresponding fee on table above. Note that ONLY “Professional” registration grants the publication of papers.
READ THIS before you start the Registration process:
1. You will need the paper’s ID Number (IMPORTANT: is the same ID number used in Papercept system) and IEEE Membership Number (only IEEE members can apply for exclusive IEEE discount).
2. Several options for payment will be available on the system, including brazilian “Notas de Empenho” (see “Payment Information” button below) and PIX (brazilian electronic fund transfer system).
3. For the registration, select the “Registration and Payment” button and fill up all the required information in the Registration Form. Note that the Registration Payment System is a different software system from the Papercept System you used to process your paper. So you will have to create a new login and password to access the Registration Payment System.
4. If the paying person is different from the “Corresponding Author” registered in the Papercept System, it is very important that these two persons exchange the proper informations generated by the both systems to allow the correct processing of the payment and the corresponding paper. The Payment System IS NOT connected with the Papercept System.
5. Associate the accepted papers which will be valid under your registration by typing the paper’s ID Number, select the payment method, and proceed as informed.
6. Important: after the payment, you MUST SAVE your Payment Confirmation in a PDF file.
7. After registration, you will receive a “Registration Submission” e-mail confirming the submission, and you must REPLY THE E-MAIL attaching (annexing) the Payment Confirmation PDF file generated by the payment method you used to pay the fee.
8. After the payment and your REPLY e-mail, allow few days to the payment be confirmed by the banking system. After the confirmation of the payment, you will receive by e-mail the
ACCESS CODE for your paper, that will allow its final version to be uploaded in the Papercept system. So the paper’s ID number and its corresponding ACCESS CODE are the elements that links the both Registration Payment System and the Papercept System.
IMPORTANT: Regardless of the payment method, all approved works MUST be registered to be processed by Induscon 2025.
CHECK LIST of informations needed for the Registration process:
1. Registration type: Professional or Student; IEEE Member: IEEE Membership Number; Payment: International (USD) or Brazilian (BRL)
2. Paper ID number, same used in the Papercept System. Including the additional paper’s ID number, if you want to register two papers. Important: be careful to use the correct ID number of your paper. Don’t add zeros before the number (“1”, not “001”).
3. E-mail: Important: this e-mail will receive all the payment information and the ACCESS CODE to unlock the Papercept system.
4. Payment method and card information (Card number, name, password, etc) or Paypal access. You can opt for manual process through assistance of the treasurer.
5. Presentation type: virtual or in-person for each paper.
6. Receipt information (optional): CPF/CNPJ, name/”Razão Social”, address
IMPORTANT: if you don’t have any of the information requested or have some doubt in filling the form, don’t SUBMIT the form, and try again later. Duplicated registrations will cause lot of problems and inconsistencies.
