2. Can I submit a paper in Portuguese?
Yes. Submissions are accepted in English, Portuguese or Spanish. The abstract and title must be in the same language as the paper.
3. Will all accepted papers be published on IEEE Xplore?
Yes, provided they are properly registered and presented during the event. Compliance with formatting rules is mandatory.
4. Is it necessary to attend in person?
No. INDUSCON 2025 is a hybrid event. Participation can be virtual or on-site.
5. Where will the accepted papers be published? Will they be indexed?
All accepted and presented papers will be published in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. Indexing in Scopus or other databases is subject to policies and each database’s independent evaluation criteria.
6. How do I include my ORCID?
Include your full ORCID URL (e.g., https://orcid.org/0000-0002-1825-0097) in the author section of the official template.
7. Are there discounts or travel support?
No. The hybrid format allows for remote participation. On-site attendees may benefit from exclusive networking opportunities.
8. What template should I use?
You must strictly follow the official PaperCept template. Submissions that do not adhere to the format may be returned without review.
9. How do I cancel a submission?
Cancellations must be performed directly through the PaperCept system.
10. I missed the submission deadline (May 26). Can I still submit?
Yes. Due to a system issue, submissions were accepted until May 30. Submissions after May 26 go directly into review and cannot be edited.
11. How can I receive updates and communications from the event?
To receive updates on deadlines, instructions, and announcements, ensure you are subscribed to our mailing list. If you are not receiving emails, check your spam/junk folder. You may also email us at contact-2025@induscon.org to request inclusion.
