Such registration allows participation on the technical sessions and plenaries. Make the Registration by paying the corresponding fee on table above. Note that ONLY \u201cProfessional\u201d registration grants the publication of papers. You will need the paper\u2019s ID Number (IMPORTANT: is the same ID number used in Papercept system) and IEEE Membership Number (only IEEE members can apply for exclusive IEEE discount). Several options for payment will be available on the system, including brazilian \u201cNotas de Empenho\u201d \u00a0(see \u201cPayment Information\u201d button below) and PIX (brazilian electronic fund transfer system).
\nFor the registration, select the \u201cRegistration and Payment\u201d button and fill up all the required information in the form. Then, associate the accepted papers which will be valid under your registration by typing the paper\u2019s ID Number, select the payment method, and proceed as informed.<\/p>\n

Important:<\/b><\/span> after the payment, you must SAVE your Payment Confirmation<\/strong> in a PDF file.
\nAfter registration, you will receive a \u201cRegistration Submission\u201d e-mail confirming the submission, and you must REPLY THE E-MAIL<\/strong> attaching (annexing) the Payment Confirmation<\/strong> PDF file generated by the payment method you used to pay the fee.<\/p>\n

\nPlease allow some days to process the payment information. After the processing, you will receive another e-mail with access codes<\/strong> for each of your papers. These access codes<\/strong> will unlock the Papercept system and you will be able to upload and submit the final version of the papers.
\nThe final version of your accepted paper should include the suggested modifications from the reviewers. In the upload process, it will be possible to modify the paper\u2019s title and authors. This latest version will be used in the Induscon 2023 Proceedings and in the Technical Program. In the same process you will be requested to fill the IEEE Copyright electronic form. Upon completing the form, it will not be necessary a separate Copyright document to be uploaded in the system.[\/vc_column_text][vc_btn title=”Upload the Final Version” style=”3d” shape=”round” color=”green” align=”center” i_icon_fontawesome=”fa fa-upload” css_animation=”fadeInUp” button_block=”true” add_icon=”true” link=”url:https%3A%2F%2Fcontrols.papercept.net%2F||target:%20_blank|”][vc_text_separator title=”Presentation sessions” i_icon_fontawesome=”fa fa-desktop” i_color=”green” i_size=”xs” title_align=”separator_align_left” align=”align_left” style=”double” add_icon=”true” css=”.vc_custom_1690549276092{padding-top: 35px !important;}”][vc_column_text]The INDUSCON 2023 will be hybrid format, with virtual and in-person presentations. If you opted for virtual presentation in the registration form, after the submission of the paper\u2019s final version, the authors will have to prepare and upload two presentation videos for each paper. One full version with 10 to 15 minutes and another short version with 3 minutes of maximum duration. The full version video will be available to all the registered participants and it will be possible to be accessed anytime before and after the conference. The short version will be compiled with the other short video presentations to compose a thematic session that will be organized in virtual rooms on time slots allocated during the Induscon 2023\u2019s conference days (The Conference Program).
\nEach virtual session will take place on-line in a virtual room and will start running the short videos at the programmed day and time. After the presentations the audience present in the virtual room will have the opportunity to make questions, discuss and interact with the authors, with the supervision of the session\u2019s chairman.

\nAdditionally, after an agreement with IEEE Industrial Applications Society, an INDUSCON 2023 committee will select papers from the conference to invite them to submit an expanded version to the IEEE Transactions on Industrial Applications.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Also, the Organizing Committee made another agreement for a special edition in the Machines<\/strong> journal. Selected papers will be invited to submit an expanded version with a discount of 20% of processing charges. The Machines journal is supported by IFToMM and if one of the authors is a member of IFToMM, they can apply for some additional discount.<\/p>\n
