The meeting was held at SETUR’s headquarters and marked a key milestone in the event’s planning process.

Attending the meeting were committee members Agnelo Marotta Cassula, Jorge Muniz, and Galdenoro Botura Junior, alongside collaborators Fábio Lippi and Carlos Silva, all of whom contribute to the technical and academic backbone of the event. On the municipal side, Tourism Secretary Leandro Pereira, Deputy Secretary Carlos Eduardo Amorim, and Head of Secretariat Jucilei Pereira represented SETUR.
