Submission Guidelines for INDUSCON 2025
INDUSCON 2025 cordially invites authors to submit their contributions, whether as full or short papers. The submission platform offers a compliant PDF conversion service to ensure that all manuscripts adhere to the required technical specifications. Simply upload your PDF file, and the system will ensure it meets all technical requirements, including PDF version and font embedding compliance. To ensure a smooth process, authors must use the official Word template or LaTeX style file provided by the conference and adhere strictly to the guidelines regarding paper size, page count, and margins when preparing their submissions.
Before uploading, Test your pdf file to confirm it meets the conference manuscript requirements. Authors are responsible for using the correct template or style file and for visually verifying the output from the automated PDF conversion process. Please note that PaperCept cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies in the converted files.

How to Submit
All submissions, including papers, session proposals, tutorial proposals, and workshop proposals, must be made electronically via the PaperCept Conference Management System.
Papers are invited as regular manuscripts with a maximum length of 8 pages for the proceedings. Submissions must adhere to the formatting and submission policy outlined by the conference.
To minimize errors during the publication process, particularly with IEEE Xplore compatibility, we highly recommend using the official IEEE templates provided:
Please avoid using any other IEEE templates, as they may not function correctly. You can generate a compliant PDF using tools such as Adobe Acrobat or Ghostview.
Submissions that fail to meet the formatting requirements will be rejected without review.
